SHADOWS CREEP

In this dark, forsaken place  

The shadows dance upon my face  

I feel a chill down to my spine  

As I tread through these lines  

Something's lurking, waiting there  

A presence creeping through the air  

Whispers echo, shadows creep  

I can feel the fear inside of me  

The wind gusts a haunting tune  

Through this old and dreary ruin  

I sense something sinister close  

My heart's pounding, terror grows

In this game of life and death, who's stronger?  

The shadows play their strange, macabre way  

As I seek the sunlight of a brand new day
